Picked up my sub and, yeah... they forgot the extra cheese but somehow added onions, which I definitely didn’t ask for. This has happened before too, so it’s just kind of frustrating at this point. Like, it’s a simple order, you know?

We got Planet Sub catering for an office lunch, and it was actually really easy. The food showed up on time, everything was labeled clearly, and everyone seemed happy with it. I’d definitely use them again for a group order

I stopped in for lunch and the place were actually clean. The tables was wiped down, the floor looked good, and even the bathroom was decent. It wasn’t perfect, but it was a lot better than some other sandwich places I’ve been to.

I stopped in and the staff were really nice right away. They helped me choose a sandwich without making me feel rushed, which I really appreciated. I can see why people seem to like this place, it just has a friendly, easygoing vibe.

I was hoping there’d be more ways to customize things, but the options felt limited. When I asked about it, it kind of felt like everything was brushed off with a “that’s our policy” explanation, which was frustrating. I get that rules exist, but it would’ve been nice to have a little more flexibility

I went on planetsub.com hoping I’d find something that fit my dietary needs, but i kind of regret spending the time on it. It was hard to tell what would actually work for me, and the options for gluten-free or dairy-free choices felt really limited. It just didn’t seem like people with dietary restrictions were really considered. I ended up giving up and ordering from somewhere else

I grabbed this for lunch yesterday, and right away I could tell the ingredients were fresh. The veggies were nice and crisp, and the bread tasted like it had been baked that morning.

I don’t know, this place just always feels right to me. The bread tasted fresh, the fillings were really good, and the whole sub had that kind of satisfying feel that makes you want to come back.

I’ve been to Planet Sub a couple times, and it’s not bad at all, so I don’t want this to sound too harsh. The food tastes fine and I’ve never had a bad sandwich there, but the menu does feel a little limited to me.
A lot of the choices seem similar, mostly just different meats and cheeses mixed around. I kept hoping there would be more veggie options or maybe something a little more unique, especially if you’re trying to go back more than once. It’s a decent spot, I just wish there was a bit more to feel excited about ordering

I’m kind of tired of places making ordering feel like a whole ordeal, so it was nice to just get a solid sandwich without much fuss. Nothing over the top, just really good. I’d order it again...

I’ve ordered from Planet Sub a handful of times now, and for the most part, the delivery has been reliable. When they give me an estimated time, the food usually gets there right around then, which I appreciate because I’m usually ordering when I’m already hungry and trying to plan around it.

There was one time where my order showed up about 15 minutes later than expected, but it wasn’t a big enough delay for me to be annoyed. The food was still in good shape when it arrived, nothing seemed messed up, and it didn’t feel like one of those situations where the whole order had been forgotten or anything like that.
Overall, I’d probably give them 4 stars for delivery. It’s not absolutely perfect every single time, but it’s consistent enough that I don’t feel like I’m taking a gamble when I order from them, and that matters a lot to me with delivery.

From what I remember, the bread was super soft and fresh, and it made the whole sub taste a lot better.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering here: the subs are massive. I thought I was ready, but nope, I left completely stuffed. Definitely come hungry or plan on taking some home
